Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Total Dog LLC website or engaging our training services. By accessing our website or scheduling a consultation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Total Dog LLC provides professional dog training services in Central Texas, including but not limited to Foundations Training, Behavior Modification, and Advanced Obedience programs. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Consultations and Appointments

Initial consultations are offered at no charge and are subject to availability. Booking an appointment does not guarantee service. Total Dog LLC reserves the right to decline service to any client at its discretion.

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of future booking privileges.

3. Payment

Payment for training programs is handled directly between the client and Total Dog LLC. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to service commencement. We do not process payments through this website.

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging Total Dog LLC's services, clients agree to:

• Disclose any known behavioral history, health conditions, or prior incidents involving their dog
• Follow trainer instructions and protocols during and between sessions
• Ensure their dog is current on required vaccinations
• Supervise and manage their dog responsibly at all times
• Acknowledge that dog training results vary and are not guaranteed

5. Assumption of Risk

Dog training involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury to persons or animals. By engaging Total Dog LLC's services, clients acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with dog training activities. Total Dog LLC takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety but cannot guarantee a risk-free environment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Total Dog LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the CAV Protocol framework, training methodology descriptions, written content, logos, and imagery — is the intellectual property of Total Dog LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Communications

By submitting a form or booking an appointment on this website, you consent to receive communications from Total Dog LLC via email and, if a phone number is provided and consent is given, via SMS.
